Commissioner Lyn Pearce is World Secretary for Women's Ministries at The Salvation Army's International Headquarters, an appointment she took up in June 2009. She has chosen to reach out to Salvation Army officers around the world through this new podcast, Heart2Heart on Ministry Matters.

Heart2Heart on Ministry Matters is a series of conversations with Salvation Army officers who discuss with Commissioner Pearce their service as officers, the challenges it presents, the lessons to be learned and the blessings they have received. The series is introduced with a short conversation between Commissioner Pearce and Major Val Mylechreest about the series and her hopes for it.
